Our Mission
Prodemy empowers academies, clubs, and coaches to run their operations and deliver world-class coaching — while giving learners and parents the tools to track progress and stay engaged. Our Origin Story
We started with cricket coaching in the DMV area, building tools for academies that needed a better way to manage classes, track player progress, and communicate with parents. As word spread, coaches and club owners from dance studios, yoga centers, art workshops, and music schools reached out — they needed the same infrastructure.
That's when we realized: every skill-based academy faces the same challenges. Managing schedules, collecting fees, organizing events, tracking student progress, and keeping parents informed shouldn't require five different tools. Prodemy brings it all into one platform — purpose-built for how academies and coaches actually work.
