Data Deletion Instructions

Prodemy — a product of TECZENS INC

You have the right to delete your Prodemy account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains exactly how to do that.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to our support team. We do not require you to log in to submit a deletion request.

    Email hello@prodemy.app with the subject line Account Deletion Request

    Include your account information

    Provide the email address registered to your account and your full name so we can verify your identity before processing the deletion.

    Receive confirmation

    We will send a confirmation email once your identity is verified and deletion is scheduled.

Deletion Timeline

All personal data is permanently purged within 7 days of a verified deletion request. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account profile (name, email address, phone number)
  • All child profiles created under your account
  • Coaching session records, training plans, and drill history
  • Performance data, skill levels, and leaderboard entries
  • Uploaded videos and photographs (purged from Cloudinary)
  • Messages and communication history
  • Payment method tokens (Stripe customer record)
  • Notification preferences and account settings

Data Retained for Legal Compliance

Certain data may be retained beyond the 7-day window where required by law:

  • Financial transaction records — retained for up to 7 years as required by US tax law and accounting regulations
  • Fraud prevention records — retained as needed to protect against abuse and unauthorized activity
  • Anonymized analytics — aggregate, non-identifiable usage data that cannot be traced back to you may be retained indefinitely

Parents: Deleting Child Profiles

If you are a parent or legal guardian and wish to delete only a child's profile (without deleting your own account), include your child's name and your account email in the deletion request email. We will delete the child profile and all associated data within 7 days.

Pursuant to COPPA, parents may also request review or correction of their child's data before requesting deletion. Email hello@prodemy.app with your request.
